Salad Days has been started by Co – founders : Varun Madan and Kunal Gangwani. They both studied in XLRI, Jamshedpur and played music together in a band called Bodhi Tree(Varun – drums, Kunal – Guitars).
Varun is a classmate of mine and was brilliant since I have seen him. Now, the visit to Salad Days was very exciting. The whole concept of eating healthy and nutritious food sounds like a boring issue but these two young men have made it very interesting. I am in love with this place and I am sure you will be too.
They are currently doing their business in take aways and serving the whole Gurgaon and South Delhi region. Plans of expansion are on and am very excited to see its growth in future.
