To make a holiday salad with cod liver:
Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs.
Boiled carrots – 2 pcs.
Cod liver – 1 jar
Green onions – 2-3 pcs.
Pickled cucumbers – 120 g
Mayonnaise – to taste
Eggs – 3 pcs.

1. First layer: grated potatoes.
2. Second layer: mash the cod liver with a fork.
3. Third layer: finely chop green onions.
4. Fourth layer: finely chop pickled cucumbers. Spread with mayonnaise.
5. Fifth layer: grate carrots on a large grater. Spread with mayonnaise.
6. Sixth layer: Grate the egg whites on a fine grater. Spread with mayonnaise.
7. Seventh layer: egg yolks.
8. Cover the salad with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
