Ingredients:
Medium-sized apple (preferably golden delicious)
Whole cinnamon stick
2 cardamom pods
Pinch of saffron
2 cups boiled water
Instructions:
•Grate the apple and add it, along with the cinnamon stick, cardamom, and saffron, to a teapot.
•Pour in boiled water and steep on a candle warmer for 15-20 minutes.
•Sweeten your tea with sugar rock or your preferred sweetener.
•Enjoy this wholesome tea, perfect with pastries or as desired.
