Hello my name is man freed and welcome to my kitchen i am no chef but i can cook and today we’re going to make the tuna salad sandwich this is very delicious this is with the fish you can have this in the lunch for uh at
The house you can make it for the sandwich to take to school or to work you can make it for uh your friends if they’re going to be over to watch the game so what we got here we got two sliced bread one canned tuna celery mayonnaise
Oh lemon juice to give it the flavor and we got uh some olives for the garnish afterwards so the first thing we do when we come in the kitchen each time is we wash the hands you got to clean the hands and make sure that it’s all right get it
All around the outside between the fingers get all that soap all gone that’s good when you’re done you want to wipe the hands so that you don’t get any uh water on the bread and that then make it soggy because you know then it goes
Limp like that you don’t need that no no you don’t need nothing limp you know all right we put this together the first thing we’re gonna do oh look at everything we got here i already opened the tuna can you know how to use the can opener or you can see
It in the other video with uh manfred i put it on this side because the lights better there’s a can of tuna doesn’t that look good now that’s a rather small bowl right now to do what we have to do so i’m going to get another one
I’m going over here and open the door now i got to make the decision which one i’m going to use do i want the big no this size right here will be really good that’s a good sized bowl we put this back oh close the doors because we’re very neat so
First thing we’re going to do is take the tuna we’ll just dump it in there oh that’s excellent don’t be afraid to put your fingers in the food because you wash the hands okay and if you touch anything you shouldn’t then you want to make sure
You’re cleaning now we got the tuna here uh what we gonna oh we put the mayonnaise in the tuna next now notice the mayonnaise here that i got oh you get it out of there the best thing to use is a spatula let’s go back here and get the spatula
Oh yeah that’s a pretty red spatula and the reason we use it is we can put everything in here just like this oh yeah you can scrape it out with the spatula just like that yeah oh that’s good make sure you get it all you don’t need to leave nothing in there
Maybe i’m just being a little bit too much today but you know it’s good we just wipe that off in the edge put the spatula down now i’m going to get the fork today to swish this around oh you know what before i swish it let’s do something
Else we’re going to set this just to the side we’re going to put the lemon in here with it right now now you don’t always have to have the whole lemon because you got the fridge see manfred got the fridge over here sometimes you got it leftovers you guys
The leftovers it’s fine just like manfred so now we’re going to cut this and just use a little bit in here we don’t need to squeeze the whole thing because then we have some more leftovers food is a little expensive you’ve got to be thinking all the time about uh how
You do this because then you can use it again so we get the knife um i’m going to use the paring knife today this is a nice size knife i’m just going to cut a little bit off oh there we are now look we got this left over for later
We can keep that put it in the ramekin and we put it back in the fridge later because you got to now you can do this first you can take out the uh the little pips i’m i’m going to put them just here in the sink because i can get them later be
Very careful then i don’t put them right oh yeah maybe there’s more i don’t see no more put the knife down carefully we’re going to squeeze this in here now you can squeeze any way you want because sometimes it squirts now you got to be careful if
You squeeze it this way you got the friends over there bang it’s right in the eye so here i am can you see that can you see that camera lady oh look at that oh squeeze squeeze squeeze squeeze squeeze squeeze we’re squeezing oh that’s good now
You can recycle this i’m going to reach down here and get the recycle bin this is manfred’s recycle bin can i open it somehow this thing oh there it opens that way put it in there we go out the recycle pile later and put it in there now
Let’s stir this around oh yes i’m going to hold this up so you can see it’s very easy see that but it’s best for you kids you can make this too but you kids it’s best if you keep it down here you’ve done this in the school just turn

You can use this too to write the hands so you don’t get it on the nice outfit like like manfred nice outfit huh yeah looks good okay back here i got the salt i got the pepper we’re just going to put a bit now you got to watch how much salt you put
In stuff because lots of things you get come with salt so just just a little bit today not too much the pepper i like the pepper so i’m gonna just grind the pepper can you see the pepper coming out there oh yeah see that
I’m going to show it to you just in case can you see the black pepper in there now maybe you can maybe you can’t yo but it’s there you trust manfred now we’re going to stir this some more oh look at that oh that is just that’s perfect salad right now okay so
We’re gonna oh you know what we didn’t do we didn’t put the the celery in we want something flavorful you can see that’s the celery i’m going to use the same paring knife so we’re going to cut the celery up i find if you turn it over put your fingers on either side
And draw real easily and cut that down oh i you know you can make smaller ones today i’m going to make them smaller you want to keep the fingers out of the way when you’re doing this because you get the fingers in the way you’ve got an awful mess it’s everywhere
Here you oh you i don’t even want to talk about it you you know what it’s going to be like if you mess up we put that like that now look what we got we got 6 10 pieces just like that you can make it even smaller if you want but

Put it on the bread that’s it oh you put it always butter right to the edges right because you want it on every bite you want to make sure that you get it right to the edges every time oh yeah there’s the bread with the butter on it i’m not gonna
