Of protein so anyways I’m going to show you guys my go-to workout snack I like using Apple for this and I usually like to cut them into little slices so next use any protein powder of choice I just found this one at Costco and next you get some milk
Make sure you don’t put in too much milk because you want it to be like a more of a paste consistency and you could always add more milk if anything oh wait I need to put in cinnamon cinnamon is a key touch this is incredible it literally
Tastes like I’m eating like a chocolate Nutella Nut Butter it has 24 g of protein like I don’t understand how this is healthy
