Vegetables Roasted at 425 degrees for 15 min.
Chicken roasted at 425 degrees for 20 min.
Served with Tzatziki and Whole Grain Naan and fresh lemon juice squeezed on top. If I use chicken breast I marinate them for a couple of hours with lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and oregano.
Sometimes I add feta and Kalamata olives, roasted eggplant, and make my own Tzatziki. Today I just used what I had on hand.
So it’s Greek for dinner tonight I’m really excited I’m doing it the simple way I just am roasting the vegetables and chicken at the same time in my oven and what I season the veggies with is oregano garlic powder salt and pepper and I sprayed it with some avocado oil
Spray and over here are my chicken thighs seasoned the same exact way my oven’s preheating at 4:25 and I’ll put them in until the chicken’s done and I like it a little brow the thighs and get the vegetables all cooked up it’s going to be delicious my healthy Greek dinner is
Ready so I’m just serving it with some whole green non bread and some taziki so I’m going to sit down and enjoy this have a great night
