Sweetcorn Caramel:

1 cup corn
1 cup plant milk
2 medjool dates
1/2 tsp white miso
2 tbsp cashews

Run raisin:

1 baked sweet potatoes
1 1/3 cup plant milk
2 dates
1 tbsp cashews
Run extract
1- 2 tbsp raisins (mix ins)

Tiramisu Banana:

2 banana
1 cup plant milk
1 medjool date
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp cashew

You what they are going to be darn delicious because I’ve just tasted them and they’re super super good these are the three ice creams we’re going to be trying out today I’ve got a rum raisin I have got a Tiramisu and an absolutely crazy concoction which I’m calling

Salted caramel I want to show you that you can lose weight eating ice cream every single day if that’s what you want to do I’ve lost 60 lb over the last few years and I’ve basically eaten ice cream daily as long as it’s vegan Whole Foods and low calorie density you’re all

Sorted okay I hope you guys enjoy these recipes let’s get into it for those of you who know I love getting experimental with my food and the crazier the concept the more excited I get so we’re going to be starting off with the craziest ice cream flavor that I’m going to be

Showing you today and it’s going to be a sweet corn ice cream I don’t know why my mind decided to think of sweet corn ice cream I feel like it’s going to have a salty caramel Vibe and that’s what I’m going for I’m going to turn it into

Caramel ice cream so let’s just see how it goes cuz I have never tried it before haven’t got a clue we’re in this together so I’ve just got some frozen corn here and I’m just going to actually I’m going to measure it out for you lovely people and that’s really hard for

Me to do so I hope you know how much that means okay we’re going in with one cup of frozen corn you could do CED corn any kind of corn will probably do the trick and I’m just going to microwave it to defrost it a bit okay our sweet

Corn’s ready I’m just going to whack it into the blender I’ve also just whipped up a fresh batch of oat milk in my new milky plant um so I’m just going to add in probably about a cup of plant milk feel free to add in any variety that you

Fancy so for sweetness I’m going to be using some dates today feel free to use any sweetener that you like maple syrup is great um what else what else you could do whatever you want really can’t make of any other sweeters why don’t know what’s happened to my brain

Any who we’re going to put two dates in now because I want to bring out some of the sav salty notes and I’m wanting to make this caramelly the date is going to give us some caramel I’m also going to add a little bit of miso I don’t know what’s happened to my

Brain or why I’ve thought of this I can only apologize in advance we’re going to keep it small we’re going to go no we’re going to go with half a teaspoon okay now this bit is totally optional you can keep this fat free but I’m going to add in a tablespoon of

Cashews just to make it that little bit creamier again you do you okay it’s the moment of truth let’s see what the heck I’ve created okay I’m so glad at this point we can have a taste so that we can adjust accordingly okay let’s see it’s looking interesting oh oh

Oh oh my God that tastes amazing wow Jesus what the hell that’s sweet corn oh my muffins right okay I’m excited now okay so I’m just going to pour it into my ninja creamy tub by the way that just genuinely tastes amazing like no kidding so good I’m so surprised wow

Okay next ice cream I don’t want to waste any of the good stuff you know we’re moving on to our next weird and wonderful creation Now this one is going to be sweet potato based um and I’m going to do rum raisin flavor this is requested by my husband

James and I actually went ahead and bought myself some rum Essence so feel free to do that or use actual rum if you fancy it um but I thought sweet potato would be a nice neutral B base for it I didn’t want it to be really banany so

This would be good you could also go for like a nice silk and tofu but I’ve got sweet potatoes so I may as well use it always test to make sure it’s a good sweet potato yes Quality quality right just going to take the peel off I don’t want the peel to affect

The color but don’t you worry I’m not wasting the peel I’m going to be shoving this in my face in about 30 seconds by the way if you guys have any ice cream flavor requests please let me know um and I’m I’m going to I’m going to get on

It I’m going to do any requests I get sent because I am addicted to ice cream and I’m willing to try any crazy flavor in fact the crazier the better let’s say Okay so this sweet potato I baked in the oven for like a good hour and a half so

It’s nice and Ooey and gooey I think it’s like a Japanese style uh purple on the outside white on the inside I’m not sure use any sweet potato that you like I’ve also done ice cream with purple sweet potato and that was super good as well okay I’m going in with another

Couple of dates okay I’m going in with another cup cup of oat milk there we go a little bit more and some of this lovely rum Essence oh God how’d you get in how’d you get in oh there we go oh oh nice that is going to be good

Okay I don’t need know how many drops to do I’m just going to wing it on come on OU you come I got school oh okay that was like 10 drops and a squeeze let’s see now my plan is to put the raisins in I’ve got some really lovely like

Sultanas that are quite firm I’m going to use them as a mix in afterwards when we make this like when we turn into ice cream tomorrow so so far I’m not putting any raisins in I am going to do another tablespoon of cashews but again feel

Free to Omit this if you want it lower in fat I think one tablespoons of cashew is still pretty low fat so I think if you’re on a weight loss Journey you can still add a bit of cashew you know know okay now we blend okay now this one is actually quite

Thick o very oh very nice very nice I think we need to add a little bit more plant milk U because it is still a bit thick so I’m going to go in with an extra third of a cup perhaps poop don’t just trust me oh but do trust

Me that is good oh my God that’s so good wow yes I really hope these come out a success at the other end okay you can see how thick and creamy this one is honestly the hardest thing about this process is not eating all the mixture

Right now okay and our final flavor is going to be a good old banana base but I’m going to do tiramisu kind of style flavor um because I just fancied a little something something in there I could do chocolate cherry and I would have loved to have done that but I don’t

Have any cherries so I can’t really okay as you can see these bananas are super nice and spotty which means that they’re really ripe and they’re going to give us lots of lovely sweetness so we’re going to just start with one banana and see how we do okay

I’m just going to add in one date um but again feel free to Omit right what else are we going to go in with okay I’m going to go in with plant milk some more homemade oat milk it’s not a full C so I’m going to have to go and scr some other

Milk this is the only other milk I’ve got access to at the moment so I’m going to give it a little little sploosh okay now you can do any kind of coffee that you like I’ve just got a pretend kind of coffee it’s a whole earth organic and non-caffeinated coffee alternative made

With barley and chory um I’m not a massive uh coffee person but this sometimes just gives me a nice little hit um like a flavor okay so I’m just going to start with one teaspoon and see if we need any more now tiramisu is like that coffee and chocolate combo I know

The chocolate’s kind of more like a dusting on the top but I’m wanting the chocolate to be deep within because I love chocolate so that’s what I’m going to go for okay I’m just going to do two heaped let’s say let’s call them tablespoons two tablespoons of cocoa

Powder if I had vanilla I would be putting it in but I don’t have any at all I do think this is going to need a little pinch of salt there we go okay lid on and let’s blend okay let’s have a little try oh that is lovely I think we need some

More sweetness and a bit more thickness so we’re going to go in with one more banana let’s have another little taste much better yeah that’s exactly what we needed okie dokie let’s pour it into our third and final jar doesn’t matter if there’s a few little

Lumps in there it’ll all get Blended up in the Ninja process okay so these are my crazy ice cream flavors um and I’m going to pop them in the freezer overnight and tomorrow we’re going to crack them open whip them up and we’re going to see what the heck I’ve made um

So I’ll see you then it’s finally I ice cream time I’ve been waiting 2 days to try these babies so let’s go do it let’s try them I don’t know which one to try first I think we’re going to leave the sweet corn on for last because I just want that one to

Be like I want the suspense for myself not just for you guys so anyway let’s dive in I’m going to start with I’m going to start with sweet potato let’s go with sweet potato shall we okay so if you guys have never had an ninja creamy before when you uh once it’s obviously

Frozen it is a rock solid and it blows my mind every time that that turns into something incredibly delicious and creamy um now I think you want the top bit to be like flat so I’m just going to like spend some time stabbing this inner portion this is a workout in and of

Itself oh my God I don’t even know if this is totally necessary I feel like it’s to make sure the blade doesn’t break or something I don’t know okay that’s the best I can do I’m knackered okay I’ve forgotten what flavors these are this is the rum raisin

Isn’t it it is it is the rum raisin the Beloved ninja creamy out like I said before you can definitely make these ice creams without a ninja creamy it’s not necessary you’re just going to have to Blitz it up and then like maybe freeze it in ice cube trays and then pop it

Into the blender but if you love ice cream as much as I do then I do highly recommend investing in one of these because it’s a game changer okay okay I’m a bit nervous okay so I’m just going to pop it on and there’s loads of different settings here now I if it’s

Not like a full it’s like if it’s not like a fatty one uh then I go for the light ice cream one so this doesn’t have a ton of fat in it so if you’re going for loads of like coconut milk and heavy on the cashews go for full ice cream if

It’s super fruity sbet is a good one I mean really sbet and Light Ice Cream same thing but I’m going to go for light ice cream here so let’s give it a will okay it’s finished its first spin now usually you’re going to have to do

Multiple spins on this one uh yes as you can see it’s not very creamy it’s kind of like bit powdery really so the way you can combat that oh oh it tastes good oh yes the way you can combat the powdery is it’s just by adding a little

Splash of plant milk I’ve just got some homemade oat milk and I’m going to do a little maybe like tablespoon or two just in the top there and that’s going to really help cream it up okay we’re going to put it on light ice cream one more

Time okie dokie let’s have a little look and see what it’s like oh my gosh look at that that that is looking incredible we have to have a little taste test just to to see what we’re working with here and hopefully you can see wow look at that look at

That oh my gosh that is so good right so because this is a ram raisin we obviously need to put some raisins in so let’s go ahead and do that I’m going to make a little hole a little well in the middle of the ice

Cream here for the raisins to go in so I’ve just got these they’re not actually raisins they are sultanas uh I want it to be nice and hard if it’s soft and squidgy I don’t think that works as a mix in really um so I’ve got

Like you know a tablespoon or two I’m just going to pop that in here you obviously don’t have to put raisins in if you don’t want to a few more okie dokie now back in one final little Spin and we’re just going to click the mix in setting this

Time oh wow look at that okay there we got rum raisin baby rum raisin okay now if we want to get fancy we’re going to scoop it into oh look at that look at that creaminess we just going to scoop it into here okay let’s make sure we get some of

Raisin in there as well M oh the raisins taste like caramel it’s like a oh wow yes super super creamy it’s got that rum flavor oh my God what a combination I don’t think I’ve ever had a rum raisin ice cream before but I highly recommend this

One Yum Yum Yum okay the next one we’re going to try out is the banana base and it’s the what did I call it did I call it tiu um coffee coffee chalk you know right okay so we’re going to that’ll do that’ll do okay whack it in same thing

As last time two spins on light ice cream with a splash of milk if NE necessary and we’re done I’m very excited about this one oh it looks creamy look at that oh my God it smells amazing okay let’s see oh look at That I hope you can see how darn creamy that is yes this is like chocolate heaven right here oh wow that one that one is amazing this one’s extra sweet because the bananas the bananas have got had right bananas they they provide a lot of good sweetness in here oh my

God well I could sit and eat this whole thing right now I obviously didn’t do any mixings but feel free to add in some chocolate chips or anything if you fancy it this one I’m just going to keep plain but you do you stop eating it I haven’t had breakfast and I’m

Hungry okay I don’t know why I’m nervous about this one I feel very just very unsure don’t know what to expect right in it goes I’m going to put on light ice cream once more same as last time feeling scared I am feeling very scared oh okay so this does happen

Sometimes sometimes it needs a third spin so we’re still very powdery I mean sweet corn in of itself I guess it’s not creamy so oh oh oh oh okay I’m ahead of myself little bit naughty right let’s put it back in for one more Spin oh now we’re talking now we’re talking obviously I didn’t make it quite as full as the last one but we are definitely creamy now woo okay I wish you guys were here so we could do this together oh it does still have a nice creaminess look

At that that is made of sweet corn people sweet corn what why am I doing this oh oh my brain is so confused it does tastes like sweet corn but also I would never guess that it actually tastes like sweet corn that actually just tastes super creamy it’s

Got a caramelly Vibe it’s got a little hint of saltiness from the Miso oh wow M it’s got like a like a satisfying element to it because of obviously the starch same way as the sweet potato one does I guess wow oh yes I am very surprised I am very

Very surprised I tell you what would be good in this a date mixing oh you know what I’ve got to do it okay we’re going to quickly do a date mix in okay I’ve made my well a few little chunks of date and let’s see what happens

Baby oh that’s taken it to the next level oh wow M it’s just added that extra layer of like texture and sweetness oh my God I think this might be my favorite one M oh my God it’s so caramelly it’s it also has like it feels vanillary as well oh my
