Today I made a healthy turkey sandwich with deli turkey breast, tomato, cheese, spring mix and butter with canola oil. There is no mayo in this sandwich! The bread for turkey sandwich is toasted. I used whole wheat bread with seeds. This sandwich with turkey is crunchy outside and juicy inside! It is very easy to make with simple ingredients.
