He A N hey guys good morning happy Monday everybody I hope everybody has a great start to their week so as you saw I got up this morning you guys I’ve actually been up since 6 um but I kind of laid down and relaxed a little bit cuz I did

A workout as you saw here at home because my kids are off from spring break and I can’t go to the gym of course so I got my workout here on at home in my living room um I did a couple armor workouts I worked out for an hour

Uh with my the dumbbells that I have here at home really good workout and you know I’m just trying to do something and keep my body moving even though I can’t head to the gym I still want to get in a workout and not just stop this whole

Week so I worked out in the living room for an hour got that in um I’ve actually been up since 600 you guys I didn’t realize you know the time changed and it was so dark I was actually going to get up this morning and work out at like

7:00 uh I got in the living room at like 7:30 but it was super dark I was like I don’t like it I like that it’s like gets dark later but I hate waking up at like 6:00 in the morning and it’s not bright yet it’s super dark but anyways I got in

Here on YouTube so you can check out the recipe but it’s super easy I’ll show you all what I use but I’ve had it in the fridge overnight so the oats can soak in there and everything could you know come out right so this is what I’m having

This morning let me show you what I used so I actually got a new protein powder it smells really good um this is by ESOP if I’m like pronouncing it right this is a creamy vanilla flavor you guys when I was scooping it out it smelled so

Good I got a vanilla one but they do have unflavored um I don’t know if they have any other flavors I got it from HB they only had those two flavors but I got the creamy vanilla one cuz usually like I add a little vanilla to my oats

Like um when I do it but since it already had it in there I thought that was really good this one is a no carb protein zero carb protein powder um it’s 100% whey protein isolate isolate I don’t know how to pronounce it um 25 grams of protein Pur scoop and it’s

About 100 calories per scoop and there’s about 15 servings in here but zero carbs all across it was about $28 not bad honestly so I picked this up I put a scoop of that with some oats in here some cut up strawberries I put a tablespoon of Chia seeds and for my base

I use almond milk and that’s I put in there and I let it sit overnight I meal prepped a couple of them for the week so this is going to be my breakfast this morning usually I eat around 10:00 it’s already almost 11:00 man the time is flying by with this time

Change you know it should be only 9 something okay let’s go ahead and give this a try M oh yeah that protein powder is really good not overly sweet I think I like my oat sweet so I’ll probably add a little sweetener next time but it gives it great vanilla

Pair it with some I’ll probably do brown rice um but you can do white rice as well or you can do cauliflower rice if you do want to keep this keto um so I’m just going to go ahead and slow cook these all day let it stay nice and warm

In here there is meatballs it does have a sweet and sour sauce it has some RC pineapples green bell peppers red bell peppers and some onion really simple to do you guys all you do is toss it in your um slow cooker and then you have

Dinner at the end of the day you can go to work you can do what you need to do so you don’t have if you have a busy day or you just want a simple day like I do um you can just make these keep them in

Your freezer you just put all the ingredients in a Ziploc bag freeze them and then you take them out as you need them so I’m going to go ahead and dump everything into my instant pot my instant pot has a slow cooker option oh I open this bag and it smells so

Good get all that sauce in there and I’m just going to give this a little good mix make sure that sauce gets to the bottom and everything is nice and even and this one doesn’t take long at all since the meatballs are already cooked through um but it’ll just stay warm

After it’s done slow cooking so I’m going to go ahead and put my lid on and I’m going to slow cook and you’re going to slow cook this for 4 hours on a low all right so we’ll go ahead and let that cook and we’re going to get ready

To head to the park Shortly the first one can I have a strawberry zero sugar um energy drink in a Medium All right guys sorry if it’s a little loud or windy but we came to the park and we are having some LUN lunch say hi everybody hi we are having some lunch today it’s a very nice day we were feeding the turtles and the Ducks we’re trying to we’re feeding them

Strawberries so I went to Dutch Bros and I got a zero sugar energy drink with strawberry zero sugar they have a few flavors that you can have in zero sugar I’m not sure all the flavors but strawberry was one of them so I went ahead and got that um there is some zero

Sugar coffees that you can get you can go ahead and mix up those they do have zero sugar syrup s um but I went ahead and got an energy drink this morning for my lunch I’m having for my lunch I we went to HB everybody got their little

Lunch bowls and chips and drinks so we’re just relaxing say hi baby okay I’ll help you right now okay so for my lunch I grabbed HB chicken rotisserie chicken salad I just grabbed a small one I’m going to use these sieta chili lime potato chips I’ve actually never tried

These before so I was going to grab Quest chips but I want to try something different they are made in avocado oil I’m just going to eat a few I’m not going to eat the whole bag cuz it’s a pretty good siiz bag but it’s 140

Calories for about 15 chips and they are 16 net carbs not keto but I mean they are low calorie and they have really good ingredients look at the ingredient list very clean so I’m going to go ahead and snack on this with my chicken salad it’s such a pretty day

I’m going try one by themselves oh my God you’re so good they’re kind of like kettle style chips and they have different flavors in them these are so good this is probably my new favorite chip and this combination is really good chicken salad with the chili lime

Only thing I have to make is rice so I’m going to go ahead and make some brown rice I’m I’m going to make one cup um but I’m just going to have a serving I’m just going to have extra for tomorrow so I’m putting some brown rice in my cooker

You can also do white rice but I felt like going in with brown rice today all right went ahead and put that in there I added the water I’m just going to go ahead and close the lid and we’re going to let this cook and then we’ll serve up

Our dinner all right I’m so ready to serve up my dinner my rice is done all right so I’m going to get a serving out of this let’s go ahead and I went ahead and canceled it it was staying warm go ahead and open this up ooh look

At that that looks so good all right I’m going to give this a good mix it smells really good this has been slow cooking all day didn’t have to do anything but prep it a few days ago and put it in in my freezer and we got ourself our easy

Dinner so let’s go ahead and serve it up all right I’m going to go ahead and serve my rice at the bottom just like that all right and then we’re going to service up a couple of these meatballs with the sauce don’t forget those bell peppers and
