59g Protein Pepperoni Pizzadilla 💪🍕🔥 If you love quesadillas and pizza, then this is the recipe for you. Easy to make and packed with protein.

1. Cook turkey pepperonis on stove for about 3-5 mins or until they crisp. Remove from stove and set aside.
2. Add chicken to bowl with pizza sauce and seasonings and mix.
3. Brush tortilla with pizza sauce and add chicken to one half with mozzarella, cooked turkey pepperoni, and parmesan. Fold top of tortilla over to form pizzadilla.
4. Cook 3-5 mins per side on medium heat or until crispy.
📝 Recipe notes: Feel free to add in whatever else you’d like such as onions, mushrooms, etc. I’d cook them slightly on the stove prior just like the pepperoni so that way they aren’t uncooked in the middle of the pizzadilla.
💪 Macros per pizzadlla: 540 calories, 11g fat, 46g carbs, 59g protein. Makes 2 massive pizzadillas, but you can easily portion this to whatever fits your diet.

2 large flour tortillas (140g) *you could sub lower calorie one, but I used burrito sized flour tortlla*
1/4 cup pizza sauce (60g)
1 cup fat-free mozzarella (115g)
2 tbsp parmesan (10g)
