Ingredients:
1 boiled arrowroot, mashed
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed arrowroot, chopped onion, grated carrot, black salt, paprika, ginger garlic powder, and eggs.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Apply oil on your hands to prevent sticking.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll into small balls, then flatten them to form patties.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil for frying.
Place the patties in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
