Blueberry cheesecake overnight oats (low fat, high protein, great for weight-loss)

Oats Ingredients:
* 1/3 cup rolled oats
* 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt, plain
* 1/4 cup any milk (I used 1%)
* 1 tbsp light cream cheese
* 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp any sweetener (I used low calorie maple syrup)
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used myprotein whey)
Topping:
* 1 cup frozen or fresh berries of choice
* 1 tosp honey
* Crushed granola

Directions

Combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Transfer the oatmeal mixture into a container or mason jar and leave it aside.

Take half of the blueberries and cook them on high heat until they turn mushy. Spoon the cooked blueberries onto the oatmeal mixture.

If desired, sprinkle crushed granola on top.

Refrigerate the mixture overnight and savor it.

Feel free to substitute strawberries with any fruit of your choice.
