else here today no that’s it 7:31 thank
you wait one for me one for Miles mhm I
don’t know how to order at a drive-thru
anymore because
I’m you know I really need to get
something to keep my camera in place in
my car I always do mobile orders so when
I have to speak at the speaker I can’t
anyways we are doing a grocery haul
today and we’re also going to be doing a
lunch meal prep later in the video we’re
going to be running to Sam’s Club
grabbing a few things and then we got to
go to Walmart and grab our pickup order
really quickly I Have Bryce and Miles
Bryce is actually out of school he’s in
or he was in preschool he’s going to be
a kindergartener they ended school like
a week and a half early Liam is at
school right now so we have two out of
the three kids with us I went to the gym
today showered washed my hair did all
the things and now we’re doing this and
my day is just kind of
really full but it’s fine we’re just
embracing the chaos today we’re at
Starbucks right now they have Boba I saw
it on the menu I saw yesterday on Tik
Tok somebody trying it but I I just
wanted to get a coffee today and I
didn’t get anything crazy I’ll drink
coffee here and there again and I just
get something that’s lighter something
that’s not super high
calorie um yes please have a good day
and then I also ordered the two cake
pops thank you you you too I went ahead
and grab the boys a little treat since
they are going to have to be in Sam’s
Club with me so I got both of them a
birthday cake pop one for you and one
for you thank you so much Mama you’re
welcome I got myself one of these
spinach feta egg white wraps because I
haven’t ate breakfast yet all that I’ve
had so far is my protein shake this is
really good it’s not something I thought
I would like but ever since I tried it I
am obsessed
what is happening right now I’m about to
be blocked in by this
guy we love that it’s a Pinsky truck no
it’s not Bryce is in this phase where no
matter what I say he’s like no it’s not
I can be like the sky is blue no it’s
not my hair is brown no it’s not it
doesn’t matter what you say are they
about to like back in right mad me what
is happening okay I think they’re going
away I’m not really sure what they’re
doing but I just got a grande iced brown
sugar oat milk shake and espresso she’s
low calorie she’s yummy so that’s what
we’re doing that’s what I did last time
I went to I’m a shcker up let’s get a
straw the last time I went to Starbucks
and I was like you know what I like
these I can drink these and not feel
guilty you know what I mean I treat
myself every now and then and get
exactly what I want but to be honest
with you guys it’s not worth how I feel
afterwards I really notice like the
sugar and stuff and things now more than
I used to and I on this eat this real
quick and then we’re going to run into
Sam’s
Club
what can I prank my tablet let me pring
my tablet a little bit let me prank
something we only need a few things so
this should be pretty
quick Bryce wants some popsicles and I
just found these they’re new and it says
they have no sugar added want these
popsicles will freeze them yeah good
deal
we just got our pickup from Walmart
we’re leaving now Bryce was talking the
guy who was loading our car he was
talking his head off Bryce was and then
he told him he loved him and then when
he went to leave he was like I’ll see
you tomorrow like boy we are not at
Walmart that often but we are finally
going home now it feels like I’ve been
out and about all day long so I’m ready
to be home we just got home I got
everything set up on the table
everything that we got from Sam’s Club
and Walmart so I’m going to do a little
haul for you guys kind of big haul I
feel like my hauls have not been this
big but everything didn’t fit on the
table so we should be good for a little
while hopefully cuz summer is starting
so probably not honestly okay so here is
all of the goods I’ve got stuff just
like piled on top of each other but
we’re going to start down here so we
don’t have a full plan with all of these
meats but we’ve got some chicken
tenderloins here I know I’m to do
Crock-Pot chicken tacos because we have
not done those in a long time and it’s
something we can eat on for a couple of
nights Josh wanted to get these prime
rib beef steak burgers and so I put
these in the order and then I realized
as I was sitting everything out that I
did not order hamburger buns so we still
need to get those I don’t really know
what Josh wants to do with these I don’t
eat Italian sausage so this is like
fully for him and Liam they’re the only
ones that are going to eat it but we got
some of that and then we got 2 lbs of
lean ground beef we’re going to be using
this for the lunch meal prep I can’t
remember if I’m going to be using both
or just one but anyways we got some corn
that’s what’s in this bag I got some
more of this Light and Fit Yogurt
honestly I tried a few different flavors
and I feel like I only like the
strawberry cheesecake one so we’re going
to stick to that I wish that they sold
those at Sam’s Club and then we got a
whole bunch of drinks y’all we got some
minute made for the boys I got some
alones I just got three of the Cherry
twist ones I grabbed those because the
Walmart I went to today carries them but
the one down the road right down the
road for me does not I really want to
find the pink slush ones but I didn’t go
inside of Walmart so I don’t know if
they carry them yet or not we got some
hot dogs we always keep these suckers on
hand with kids we got some pepper jack
cheese because we’re going to put this
on our Burgers we got some broccoli
fettes we got some chicken fries and
some honey battered chicken tenders I’m
trying to get some quick like Frozen
stuff and just easy stuff for the kids
and honestly for myself too we got a big
thing of bananas and some Granny Smith
apples I also got some more of this
cauliflower rice we got two bags of that
we got some low sodium soy sauce we’ve
never tried the low sodium but we’re
kind of just experimenting with
different things that are a little bit
better for us if we don’t like it we do
have some regular in the fridge but I do
want to try it I got some of this rayo’s
pasta sauce now what I wanted to do with
it I couldn’t get I was wanting to get
those frozen bags of the um I think it’s
squash it’s like spaghetti squash type
thing but they were out of it we got
Josh his diet five juice over here we
got white milk and chocolate milk I saw
these when I was placing my order and
they sounded good so it’s Gatorade fit
healthy real hydration watermelon
strawberry and then tropical mango I
don’t know it says no added sugar no
artificial sweeteners no added colors so
we’ll just see if it tastes good I need
some more fiber slash I’ve seen a lot of
people say they use these as a yummy
dessert you know at the end of the night
when you have a sweet tooth and they’ll
put a little bit of ice cream on it I
tried to find Halo top just vanilla to
put on there but they were out of it so
the next best thing was cookies and
cream so I’ll just put like a scoop of
it maybe Heat this up put a scoop of
this on there I bet that’ll be good
y’all I bet that’ll be good and then we
got some salsa for our chicken tacos we
got some ready rice getting real
repetitive you guys spinach for my eggs
in the morning I thought I ordered eggs
I thought I ordered eggs I was going to
say I have a little carton of like egg
whites that I mix with my eggs so it’s
kind of like half half regular egg half
egg whites you know what I’m saying and
we put some spinach up in there I got
the string cheese from Sam’s Club we got
some listen here’s a hack for you guys
popcorn or like Airy snacks let me just
show you I know some of you guys don’t
you’re not counting calories you’re not
paying attention to stuff like this but
some of you guys are I know this if
you’ve ever looked on the back of a bag
of like potato chips it says you can eat
like 12 or 15 or something and it’s 150
calories this is going to blow your mind
for these you can have 40 pieces for the
same amount of calories just because
they’re like Airy so I got white cheddar
double cheese and then the Boom Chicka
Pop I don’t even remember it says a cup
for 70 two cups for 140 so that’s
obviously really good too so this one
right here is like on the sweeter side
still got some sweet some salty we got
the kids their peanut butter crackers
and then since they didn’t have that
spaghetti squash I did get some protein
pasta I usually buy the bonsa or
whatever brand but I figured I’d try
this one and see if it’s good we got hot
dog buns no hamburger buns but we got
hot dog buns we got some water got this
from Sam’s Club pancakes and sausage on
a stick some party pizzas the Popsicles
that I need to pop in the freezer
hopefully these are good they’re classic
cherry and very berry I got me some more
of these I’m actually fresh out of my
women’s vitamins so I went ahead and
grabbed them while I was in Sam’s Club
this was like $11 and some change for
two of these suckers and I don’t know
about y’all but this is what I buy and
when I buy it at Walmart one bottle I
think is like $9 so we’ll take it I did
get two cases of this I grabbed one for
me and then one for the girl that’s been
going a friend of mine that’s been going
to the gym with me because this is the
best way to buy these I know they have
the Core Power ones but these have 30 g
of protein and it’s $20 for 12 of them
it’s like 20 or $21 for 12 but when you
buy the other ones individually they’re
like three four maybe even $5 a piece
depending on where you buy them so we’ve
been buying those from Sam’s Club that
is everything my total was definitely
over $200 but it’s fine we we had like
nothing in the house if y’all want to
know the truth just kidding I realized I
walked around got past this probably cuz
I thought it was a spinach but I got
this Caesar salad kit I didn’t pay
attention to the fact that I got the
family size so it’s pretty big maybe one
day for lunch or dinner or something
I’ll just put chicken on this I mean
I’ll eat the whole thing but yeah cuz
that’s that’s a lot of salad I’m going
to get all of this put away and then
we’re going to start on our lunch meal
prep it’s another one I’ve never made
before but it sounded really easy and
really good so we’re going to make it
together okay so this time I decided to
kind of go head and pre prep some of
this lunch Mill prep if that makes sense
so like these bags of rice and
cauliflower rice are already steamed got
my broccoli situated I browned the lean
ground beef you’re also going to need
some soy sauce yum yum sauce teriyaki
sauce and then this packet of fried rice
seasoning mix which I did double her
recipe so I probably should have bought
two of these I guess we’ll find out I’m
going to put the recipe below with the
original measurements for if you’re
doing this for yourself I’m making some
for Josh too so that’s why I doubled it
I just kind of sat you guys over to the
side so you can somewhat see what I’m
doing so we are going to add in our rice
again the measurements you’re going to
need are going to be down below for you
and then our cauliflower rice we’re
going to just dump the rest of the bag
in here we’re going to put this fried
rice seasoning packet in here and H and
pray that it’s enough I’m hoping that
maybe she didn’t use the whole packet
whenever she did hers I don’t know
though I feel like she might have and
then we’re going to add in our teriak
sauce and our new low sodium soy sauce
hopefully it’s still good and then
basically we’re just going to kind of
mix and mash it all together real quick
we’ll show it to you guys whenever I get
done okay so this is what we’re looking
like all right so now we’re just going
to go ahead and start putting it in our
bowls this is supposed to make eight
servings because hers made four I’m just
kind of eyeballing it so next we’re just
going to add a little bit of really tiny
chopped up broccoli I should have bought
more broccoli I literally do this every
time miles is behind the camera getting
a little fussy so if you hear him don’t
mind that I’m all a little bit of a mix
so it looks more presentable and lastly
we’re just going to drizzle with some
yum yum sauce I was using her syringe
hack before but it just took too long to
reload the syringe between every Bowl so
it kind of annoyed me all right so
here’s what it looks like this is
another recipe from Michaela Thomas I’m
going to link her below because I want
to give her credit I get a lot of my
ideas from her I just like sharing them
with you guys because she is so good at
what she does I don’t know how she comes
up with these ideas and they’re just so
so good but I made three for Josh and I
made four for me but only because I’m
going to eat one today I’m going to
taste test it with you guys but yeah
this is a great idea if you’re kind of
over chicken you’ve been eating a whole
lot of chicken this is a way that you
can do ground beef this lighting is kind
of weird I’m directly underneath a light
fixture and so it just kind of looks
crazy but I haven’t had lunch yet so
this is perfect we’re going to get
everything in here and give it a little
taste
test okay so it’s not too plain with
just the one packet I could probably add
more but it wasn’t this huge mistake
that I only had one if that makes sense
this is really good do you want to try
some he likes rice he’ll eat it with his
hands but IR regardless he’s trying to
pick out just the
rice m is it
good he’s eating
it he’s eating it with me oh nice do you
want to try it real quick while I’m
taste testing it on camera yeah I will
yeah he’s eating the broccoli too I
thought you was just doing a grocery
haul you can come over here and take a
bite out of this one if you want
do you like it mhm it like kind of
breaks up from having chicken all the
time yeah that’s pretty good I like it I
thought it was good and Miles likes it
so that’s good different it is different
and I do kind of feel like I might use
like maybe a packet and a half of the
fried rice seasoning next time I just
wasn’t thinking about how I was doubling
the recipe until as I was making it and
then I was like oh so he absolutely
destroyed this this I kind of stopped
eating it because he was enjoying it so
much and if he’s going to eat something
with broccoli in it I’m going to let him
okay I’ve noticed that if we make
chicken fried rice he’ll eat it too like
I feel like we could put rice and yum
yum sauce and just add vegetables into
it and he’ll eat it just cuz he likes
the rice and the yumyum
sauce that’s a good hack anyways I’m
going to go ahead and end this video out
