salad because this particular client is
from Iowa and if you can bet on anything
it’s someone from Iowa liking Ranch you
don’t want to make assumptions but you
can pretty much guarantee it’s true once
you develop carpal tunnel from cutting
all these vegetables we’re going to
start on the ranch don’t ask me for a
recipe because I just throw a bunch of
stuff in a bowl and bring it together
with buttermilk I think a lot of people
assume that being a private Chef is
glamorous but the hardest part is asking
your client what sounds good and they

I don’t have time for this but I do have
time to make homemade pickles if that

let that sit for like 20 minutes and
then moved on to get the chicken ready I
decided to go with thighs because
although I love a good breast they just
turn out dry sometimes once The Griddle
hot we’re going to cook them till
they’re cooked it shouldn’t take more
than a few minutes per side chicken
thighs are extremely forgiving so
they’re hard to overcook unless you
don’t know what you’re doing which is
probably the case once this was plated
my client said babe this looks amazing I
said why are you calling me babe I
