Whenever I make this for my family, they absolutely love it because it is a mouth-watering meal that keeps them craving and asking for more!
Ingredients (Serves 2):
5 Tbsps Flour
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda or powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsps Sugar (Brown or white)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Onion
Irradiated dried Parsley (to be used in the batter, and for garnishing)
100ml Milk (Not necessary, I skip it most times)
1/4 Cup of Water (if skipping milk)
Serving Suggestions:
*As seen in the video (sprinkle with parsley),
*A drizzle of Maple Syrup or Honey as the topping for a yummy sweet and savoury taste, or
*Any other way you choose to enjoy it
