Recipe:

1 cup rolled oats
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plant milk
1/4 cup nut butter (or seed butter for nut-free)
3 medjool dates OR 3 tbsp date sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup date sweetened chocolate chips

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add batter to a parchment lined 6″ pan. Bake at 350 F for 23-25 minutes or until firm to touch.

[Music] so this right here are delicious banana and chocolate chip Blended oats made healthy vegan Style with no oil no wheat no refined sugar and no rice the flavor is a classic and they’re absolutely delicious and simple to make and today I’m going to show you how to make your own all right so let’s talk about the ingredients we’re going to use and make these delicious banana and chocolate chip Blended oats now of course we’re going to start with some oats and anytime you see me using oats they’re going to be organic third-party certified glyphosate free oats I know that’s a mouthful but very important glyphosate is a chemical um that’s sprayed on a lot of plants oats in particular um so you want to make sure that third party certified cicd free I’m going to use some cashew butter but you can use any nut butter that you have on hand or that you prefer I’m going to use some organic date sweetened chocolate chips I’m going to use some Walnut milk again you could use any plant milk that you have on hand I’m going to use an overwrite banana which is perfect for a recipe like this going to use some dates of course some uh cinnamon vanilla and then some baking soda so these are the ingredients that we’re going to put together um to make our oats let’s put it together now so one of the things that makes this recipe so good is how inexpensive it is and how simple it is to put together I’m trying to do more budget friendly easy recipes because people have requested them and now it’s as easy as putting everything into the blender and then baking them it’s kind of like having a dessert for breakfast and who doesn’t like the idea of having a healthy dessert for breakfast okay so I’ve got everything Blended together here last step is to add my chocolate chips and then we get it into our pan okay so I’m using date sweetened chocolate chips here but some other good options would be to add chopped walnuts or peans and if you like raisins like I do then raisins would be another great option or any dried fruit for that matter whatever suits your preference all right so I got them ready for the oven now I put my chocolate chips over the top it looks great now the only thing left is to bake them and then taste them if you’re enjoying this video please like And subscribe below wow as you can see these look delicious chocolate chip banana a classic let’s see how they taste looks [Music] good [Music] mhm those are really good who doesn’t like chocolate chips so good so if you’re new to my channel and you’re wondering how to find the recipe to the video like the one you just watched look below the video and and tap on the word more you’ll see the beginning of the recipe then tap on the word more a second time and you’ll see the full recipe and then you can begin to make your own thanks for watching
