INGREDIENTS

2 apples
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar free peanut butter powder
1/3 cup chocolate protein powder

Optional drizzle
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp peanut butter powder
1/2-full tbsp milk of choice

DIRECTIONS
•Preheat oven to 350
•Chop apples (if you need a sharp knife, I recommend @nakanoknives, plus you can save with code 2EXPLOREWELLNESS)
•Blend everything and place into oven safe dishes (I divided this into four servings)
•Bake for about 25 minutes depending on oven and enjoy!
