hello everyone I hope that you are having a wonderful day today I wanted to share with you some of my easy and healthy low calorie dinner ideas I know that cooking dinner can be quite a task and it makes it even more difficult when you have to think about healthy options low calorie options so today I wanted to share with you some of the things that I have been doing for myself and my family to create really delicious but healthy and low calorie dinners and these are things you can do right in your own house they don’t take a lot of time but they taste delicious and everyone in the family will love them so let’s get started so right here I have these delicious meals from cook Unity cook Unity is a chef to Consumer platform that delivers fresh meals right to your doorstep these are is the seared salmon over pharaoh and white bean by Chef Andre Mendes look at how delicious it is it has some of the sauce over it and then I have the vegan sausage and peppers this is my favorite by Chef John delucci and then tilapia love tilapia this is the lemon baked tilapia with Cajun cream sauce by Chef Ruben Garcia so guys this is fancy I like to pour myself a little something to drink light a candle and I feel like I am at a fine restaurant so now I’m going to enjoy my tilapia just as a reminder cook Unity has seven different dietary preferences including paleo vegan and that I have my handy dandy spice rack here this is in indispensable to me in the kitchen the reason being is that you can use spices to create flavor with so many different things you can avoid high fat food you can avoid sauces by putting spices on so some of my favorite I love sesame seed this is great to drizzle on the top of Fish Fresh Fish put a little sesame seed makes it really yummy of of course we have our truffle so truffle is so delicious and this can flavor up a variety of things you can have low carb pasta and put some truffle on it always make sure you have your garlic and parsley and then of course I have a separate garlic powder so it’s so easy nowadays to look up recipes online you can literally go to Google and just type in low calorie dinner ideas and then instead of putting sauces on them or cooking them in a lot of oil you just use your spices so another great idea to create low calorie dinners is to invest in a walk so my walk is quite used as you can see we use it a lot in my family and what we do is we make stir fries we love chicken sometimes we do tofu and we get frozen vegetables because I can have them on hand all the time Frozen vegetables actually contain a lot of nutrients most people don’t realize that you don’t need to get fresh vegetables all the time Frozen are far better than canned vegetables so grab some frozen vegetables next time you’re at the grocery store put them in your freezer you’re good to go you can use some low sodium soy sauce in your walk Teriyaki is also good speaking of sauces my last tip is to avoid them as much as possible unless you check the ingredients and you should never put your sauce on the side it’s a known fact that when people do that they actually take more of the sauce by dipping their food into it which causes them to consume more calories so it’s better to have controlled portions of your sauces just drizzle them on the food mix them up read the ingredients stay away from anything with high
