If you are staying in the same place, then keep it in this manner, keep it at a distance, little by little and put any plastic sheet or cleaning foam on it and after this, here I have taken a hammer, kitchen hammer and see with its help. In this manner, we will thin it a little, just like we do in beef pasand, we have to thin it in exactly the same way, we will not thin it too much, you will use the hammer very lightly, neither should it be completely thin. That’s all you have to do, so I have removed the cleaning film here and now I am adding spices here, so first of all I have added garlic powder here, if you do not have garlic powder. Then you can also use garlic paste and now I am adding spicy tikka masala here, so I have added it here, sprinkled it on top and massaged it well. After spraying oil and on the other side in the same manner, firstly I have added garlic powder and chicken dika masala and then I have sprayed a little bit of oil on it so that the masala gets mixed well in it, then just add it to the chicken. After mixing the spices, we will keep it aside so that it gets marinated a little and now here I have taken a pan and put three to 4 tablespoons of oil in it. Along with adding oil, I am also adding onion in it. We have added the onion which we had chopped, to it. Well, we do not have to fry the onion, we do not have to brown it too much, it just changes its color a little. When it becomes soft, then we will add it to it. Give carrots. I have taken carrots and I have grated it well. You must be able to see that I have added it to it. After adding carrots, I will first mix it with it and then I am adding half teaspoon of salt. And I am adding some black pepper, half teaspoon, just these two spices will go in it and mix it well, cook it here for four to five minutes and see here, I have taken pickles, I have taken these here. Those baby cucumbers are the pickles. If anyone doesn’t know, then let me tell you. These are the cucumbers or carrots etc. which are in vinegar and not dipped, so these are those pickles, so I have just added the pickles and this. Mix it well and turn off the flame. Keep it aside so that it cools down. Now here I have taken a plate and placed it on top of butter paper. You can take butter paper or you can use wax. Take the paper and first of all put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in it. Brush it well. After brushing the oil, put potatoes in it first. So here I have taken four to five potatoes, I have placed them and on top of that I have added salt. I have sprinkled it, then after that I have placed one capsicum and then one piece of chicken has been placed here. Well, the number of chicken pieces depends on you, you can keep one to two or even three. I have placed one here and 2. The stuffing of carrots and onions that we had prepared was equal to one tablespoon, so I have added 2 tablespoons in it and here I had taken cubed thing which is solid or curry, whatever you call it. I have taken the cream cheese which is square in shape, I have cut it in half and put mozzarella cheese in it in the amount of about 2 tablespoons and sprinkled oregano on top and now look here, we will knot it, first of all both the corners. We will make two knots in the butter paper and then make a knot from the other side as well. In this way, the knot can be made very easily. If you are not able to do it easily, then you should do one thing that neither from the sides nor from the four corners of the paper. Press the knot beforehand, the way you can see, it becomes easier to tie the knot, so just in this way, I have prepared everything and I will bake it. I had kept the oven to preheat at 180 degrees. We will bake it for 40 minutes. It becomes completely ready in 40 minutes. So see, it has been baked and now I will open it and show you, everything has melted, there is nothing raw inside it, even the potatoes have melted tremendously. And it is very interesting to taste, you can give it to children with ketchup. It is a very healthy recipe.
