whenever I’m trying to bulk these are my go-to high calorie foods to easily help me gain weight peanut butter any form of nut butter is actually pretty high in fats and calories so I guess it doesn’t have to be peanut butter specifically but this is a great and tasty way to pump up those calories there are plenty of ways to use peanut butter rather than just putting on a piece of toast and you can actually melt it a little bit and drizzle over whatever you want which is what I’ve been doing with my ninja creamies Bagels I kind of wish Bagels were a lot lower calorie but these are so carb dense and delicious that I swear I could easily overeat these especially the Costco bagels for any sandwich you want to make just substitute the bread with bagels and and you can easily bump up those calories and if you want something quick and easy and tastes like crack then toast up a bagel slap some peanut butter and jam on it and you’ve easily got yourself a 600 calorie snack right there rice I wouldn’t be Asian if I didn’t mention rice right as an Asian my entire family eats rice every single fing day they also wonder why they can’t lose weight even though they hardly eat anything well put 100 G of cooked rice it is around 35 G of carbs and this is 100 G of rice yeah so imagine how many calories are in that small bowl of rice they’re eating
