Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup chopped Cashew
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup chopped Almond
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup Almond flour
2 tbsp Chia seeds
Flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 1 1/2 tbsp water. Sit for 5 minutes)
1/2 cup date paste
1 tsp vanilla
In a bowl, combine oats, chopped cashews, walnuts, almonds, dried cranberries, almond flour, and chia seeds. Mix until well combined. Add the flax egg, date paste, and vanilla, then mix again until everything is thoroughly combined. Transfer the mixture to an 8×8 baking pan and press it evenly with a spatula. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 22 minutes. Cut into bars and enjoy!
