Ingredients and Instructions:
(1/2 Cup) of Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
(3/4 Tbsp) (9g) Sugar Substitute
(1Tbsp) (15mL) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Mix until well combined
Once well combined thinly spread mixture over baking sheet covered with parchment paper
Add you toppings of choice
I added 2 sliced fresh strawberries (35 grams)
and (1 Tbsp) 10g chopped up salted pistachios
Freeze for around 2 hours
Serve immediately
