Two No-Sugar, Healthy Smoothie Bowls for Breakfast

If you think breakfast is just boring porridge or eggs, think again! Here are two of my favorite smoothie bowl recipes that are not only delicious and filling but also low-calorie and energizing.

Smoothie Bowl 1: Blueberry, Blackberry, and Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup blackberries
• 1/2 banana
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• Toppings: fresh blueberries, coconut chips, baked nut granola, pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

1. Blend frozen blueberries, blackberries, banana, honey, and almond milk until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh blueberries, coconut chips, baked nut granola, and pumpkin seeds.

Smoothie Bowl 2: Kiwi, Banana, and Coconut Chips

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe kiwis
• 1 banana
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/4 cup coconut milk
• Toppings: fresh kiwi slices, coconut chips, baked granola

Instructions:

1. Blend kiwis, banana, honey, and coconut milk until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh kiwi slices, coconut chips, and baked granola.
