21g Protein Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
– For the sandwich:
– Low fat paneer – 100g (2 slices)
– Brown bread – 2 slices
– Cheese – 20g
– Ghee – 1 tsp
– Oregano, chilli flakes, salt – to taste
Instructions:
1. Season & Cook Paneer:
– Sprinkle spices on paneer slices. Cook both sides in ghee until golden. Add cheese between slices.
2. Toast Bread:
– Toast the bread in the same pan.
3. Assemble:
– Place paneer between bread slices, cut, and enjoy!
