Ingredients:
1 apple
1 beetroot
2 carrots
1 inch ginger
1/2 glass water
Curry leaves and mint leaves
1/2 lemon
Wash and peel beetroot, carrots, apple and ginger. Chop them roughly including Apple. Add everything in a blender and blend well to smooth the mixture. Consume the juice immediately as it tastes better that way.
