Oats – 1 cup
Rava/suji – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Grated carrot – 2 tbsp
Green chilli – 1
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as needed
Water – 1/2 cup
oil – 1 tbsp
