JALAPENO POPPER CHICKEN CASSEROLE
1/2 BAG OF TYSON GRILLED AND READY FULLY COOKED CHICKEN
8OZ Cream Cheese
1 pgk (16oz) bowtie pasta
2C Monterrey jack cheese
1C Cheddar cheese
1C Water
1/2C Milk
1 fresh jalpeno – seeded and diced
1/2 C bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONSI
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Boil pasta to al dente — follow instructions on box
3. In a pan, melt the cream cheese and water and milk
4. add in the cheese and stir to melt
5. then add in the pasta and diced jalapenos
6. mix in the chicken and pour inta a 9×13 baking dish. top with bread crumbs
7. bake covered for 20 min
8. bake uncovered for 10 more minutes and serve.
