Keto Chicken Salad with Avocado and Walnuts

Ingredients:
âś“ 150 g cooked and shredded chicken breast
âś“ 1/2 avocado sliced
âś“ A handful of walnuts
âś“ Lettuce mix
âś“ tablespoon olive oil
âś“ Juice of half a lemon
âś“ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix the chicken breast, avocado, walnuts and lettuce mixture. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
