The most sustainable meal prep that I have found to date!
Eating this helped me lose 50 pounds of chonk while gaining some shoulders and cheek growth. It’s super simple to make and somehow still hasn’t gotten old. I’ve tried the typical chicken and broccoli bullshit but that isn’t sustainable for me personally. Give this a shot if you’re a spaghetti and meat sauce human trying to gain some muscle and lose some weight 🤷🏼♂️
The proportions are up to you but I use 4 pounds of ground beef, 1 whole onion and a cup of white rice.
The seasoning are Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and ranch powder. Love you
