1 pound Lamb/beef/chicken
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tsp fresh or dry thyme (if you cant find skip )
2 tbsp fresh mint and coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder or even few green chillies (chopped)
salt as needed1/4 cup peas or any finely chopped vegetables
1/4 cup water
10 bread slices
2 tbsp water
oil for frying
