Hello there! Today I’m going to share with you three incredibly easy snack recipes, which are simple, delicious and nutrient dense. They are vegetarian recipes, made with few simple ingredients, with little or no cooking at all. Honey can be substituted for agave or maple syrup if you want a vegan option. These snacks are highly satisfying, packed with protein, vitamins and minerals, and are ideal to eat in between meals. Hope you’ll enjoy making and having them!

▼ Ingredients for Bocconcini and olives with herbs:
1. Bocconcini – 200 grams or Feta cubes or homemade paneer
2. Olives (green and black) – Handful
3. Fresh basil – Handful
4. Fresh Parsley – Handful
5. Oregano(dried) – 1 teaspoon
6. Garlic – 2 cloves
7. Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp.
8. Lemon zest and juice – 1/2 a lemon
9. Extra virgin olive oil – Drizzle
10. Salt and pepper to taste
▼ Ingredients for fruit salad:
1. Red grapes – 1/2 cup
2. Black grapes – 1/2 cup
3. Apple – 1 (Diced)
4. Blue berries – 1/2 cup
5. Golden kiwi – 1 (diced)
6. Lemon zest and juice – 1/2 a lemon
7. Honey – 2 to 3 tbsp.
8. Fresh mint leaves – Handful
▼ Ingredients for spicy roasted chickpeas:
1. Cooked chickpeas – 200 grams
2. Olive oil – drizzle
3. Garlic powder – 1 tbsp.
4. Dried oregano – 1 tsp.
5. Dried parsley – 1 tsp.
6. Dried basil – 1 tsp.
7. Dried red chilli flakes – 1 tsp. (optional)
8. Salt and pepper
