High protein Chickpea salad 🥗: The perfect definition of healthy food

Ingredients
For Dressing
-1½ Cup Curd
-1 Tsp Pepper Powder
– ½ Tbsp Honey
-1 Tsp Oregano
-1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
-1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
– ½ Tbsp Olive Oil

Ingredients
-1½ Cup Boiled Chickpeas
-1 Diced Cucumber
-1 Diced Tomato
-1 Diced Onion
-2 Chopped Chilli
-1 Tbsp Crushed Roasted Peanuts
-Salt as per taste
-Garnish with Chopped Coriander

Recipe
• Add 1 cup curd in the bowl, with all the herbs mentioned in the caption (olive oil is optional)
• mix well to form a perfect salad dressing
• add boiled Chickpeas and all the veggies to the bowl
• pour the salad dressing on top and give it a proper mix
