Hey guys, Here are 4 simple breakfast ideas for work/school. I personally found these breakfasts delicious, quick and healthy, so I’m sure you will too. This is an excellent way to start your morning, As you already know breakfast is one of the most vital meals of the day, that helps with our energy level and mood throughout the day.

These measurements and ingredients used are guidelines, please feel free to change or adjust to your own taste.

Ingredients :

-Yogurt fruit bowl
2-3 tablespoon of Coconut greek yogurt
3 Strawberries
1/2 slice of Banana
1/2 cup Love crunch Granola

-Spinach smoothie
3/4 vanilla Almond milk
1 cup of spinach
1/2 slice of Banana
1/4 cup of blueberries
1 Strawberry

-Peanut butter toast
1 slice of toast bread
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 slice of Banana
2-5 Blueberries
add honey on top

-Egg toast
1 slice of toast bread
1/2 slice Avocado
1 boiled egg
Add lime juice(optional/ just a little)
2-3 stems of cilantro
