Sprouts Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
Matki sprouts – 1 cup
Green moong sprouts – 1 cup
Brown chana sprouts – 1 cup
Onion (chopped) – 1 medium
Tomato (chopped) – 1 medium
Cucumber (chopped) – 1 medium
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Curd – 2 tbsp (optional)
Fresh coriander (chopped) – 2 tbsp

Recipe:
1️⃣ In a bowl, combine matki sprouts, green moong sprouts, and brown chana sprouts.
2️⃣ Add chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber for crunch and freshness.
3️⃣ Sprinkle black salt, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper powder for a tangy and flavorful kick.
4️⃣ Mix in curd for a creamy texture (optional) or keep it light without it.
5️⃣ Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves for a burst of aroma and color.
6️⃣ Toss well and serve fresh for a healthy, protein-packed snack or side dish!
