Buffalo Cauliflower Wings Recipe:
1 Head fresh Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized chunks
Batter:
1 cup AP Flour
1 cup whole milk (or almond milk for vegan)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cooking oil
mix and toss in cauliflower chunks. Dunk in panko breadcrumbs. Then spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, allowing room between each piece.
Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Remove and toss in buffalo sauce.
Bake again for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
Serve and enjoy with a dressing of your choice!
