Cucumber Paneer Avocado Roll

Ingredients:
1-2 English cucumber (firmer with fewer seeds)
1/4 cup hung curd (strained yogurt)
½ ripe avocado
½ cup paneer, grated
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
Homemade chili oil (for garnish)

Instructions:

Peel the English cucumber and slice it lengthwise into thin strips.
In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix it with grated paneer, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth. Lay out the cucumber slices and spread a thin layer of hung curd . Add the avocado-paneer mixture and gently roll the cucumber slices. Slice into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with homemade chili oil (recipe available in the Reels section). Enjoy
