1 cup besan (gram flour)

Salt to taste

Cook the Chilas: Heat a non-stick pan or tawa on medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil or ghee. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with chutney or yogurt for a delicious meal.
