The viral protein buffalo chicken dip 🔥 worth the burn lol

I love finding healthier alternatives to classic recipes 😍 it gives me the mental satisfaction and quenches cravings while allowing me to stay on track with my nutrition!

Recipe:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended
1/4 cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce (I use @franksredhot)
1 cup shredded chicken
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix all ingredients in oven safe dish. Shred cheese on top.
Bake for 12-15 mins or until cheese browns (careful because the dish and the dip are both HOT!)

Serve with crackers, veggies or pita bread

Makes 3 cups : 1 cup is 167 calories / 11 P / 11 F / 7 C
