Sooji appam :

Soak– (for 20 – 25 mins)
Semolina 1 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Curd 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1 pinch
Water 1 cup

Temper 1 tsp mustard seeds and curry leaves in mustard oil. Stir fry chopped green chilli, green peas, cauliflower, carrots for 3 to 4 mins with 1 tsp red chilli powder. Spread chopped coriander and turn off the gas.
Mix this crunchy stir fried vegetables with soaked semolina batter.
Put a little oil in appam patra and divide the batter according. Cover for 4 mins and flip over. Cover again for 3 mins. Appam is ready.

Chutney:

Grind—
Coconut
Coriander
Green chilli
Salt
Water

Temper 1 red chilli , 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves. Mix with coconut, coriander chutney.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney. Enjoy.
