Make these cheese and egg waffles from scratch for breakfast or a snack with my easy recipe! Crispy and golden on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside – these are simply the best waffles. They freeze perfectly, so you can enjoy them later!

✅Ingredients:
1 egg
125 g (½ cup) cottage cheese
60 g (2 oz) hard grated cheese (of your choice)
60 g (½ cup) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Oil for greasing the waffle iron (I use ghee)

Cook in the waffle iron until done, about 3 minutes.
Optional: Add greens, cherry tomatoes, and a poached egg.
