Ingredients:
* Chapatis, cut into four pieces and then longer “noodle” strips
* A splash of oil
* Garlic, chopped or crushed
* Onion, sliced
* Tomato, diced
* Shredded cabbage
* Red, yellow and green peppers, sliced
* Peas
* 1 spoon soy sauce
* Chili sauce (to taste!)
* Fresh black pepper
* Turmeric
* Lime Juice
* Green onion and dhaniya, as garnish
