No Oil, No Sugar, No Cheese! Healthy Jiggling Cake with Atta,and still incredibly soft and jiggly! This healthy atta (whole wheat) cake is a guilt-free treat you have to try. Perfect for weight loss, clean eating, and sweet cravings without the extra calories.
Ingredients:
3middle eggs
4 tsp milk (20 ml)
2-3 tbsp whole wheat flour(atta)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract(optional)
5-6 tsp jaggery
1tsp home made white butter
2tsp baking powder
1tsp lemon juice
Top tip:
1. Gradually mix the flour into the yolks until you get a nice, creamy batter.
2. Fold the beaten whites into the yolk mixture with a spatula—no mixer needed!
3. Make sure the frying pan is evenly heated before you start.
Baked:
Preheat your oven to 175°C
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring them.Enjoy!
