Ep 22: High-Protein Sprouts Paneer Cheela

Ingredients:
Cooked moong sprouts

Mixed veggies (onion, carrot, etc.)

Low-fat paneer (crumbled)

Besan (gram flour)

Green chillies

Fresh coriander

Salt

Red chilli powder

Coriander powder

Ginger garlic paste

Water (as needed)

Oil (to cook)

For Yogurt Dip (optional but recommended):
Thick curd (low-fat)

Garlic powder

Chilli flakes

Salt

Steps:
1. Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, add cooked sprouts, chopped veggies, and crumbled paneer. Coarsely grind the mixture — just enough to bring it together with some texture.

2. Spice It Up
Transfer the mix back to the bowl. Add besan, chopped green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, and fresh coriander. Add just enough water to create a thick, spreadable batter like pancake mix.

3. Make the Dip
In a small bowl, mix thick curd with garlic powder, chilli flakes, and salt. Stir well and keep aside for serving.

4. Cook the Cheelas
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa, grease it lightly, and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread into mini cheelas. Cook on medium flame until golden and crisp on both sides.

5. Serve Hot
Serve your cheelas with the protein yogurt dip or green chutney. Crisp outside, soft inside, and absolutely satisfying.
