Healthy and Delicious Superfoods Bread, Quinoa Bread, No Flour, No Nuts, No Sugar, No Egg, No Butter
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Dry Quinoa (soak for 4 hours before use)
1/2 cup Chia seed ( soak with 1/3 cup water)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 cup Plain Yogurt
Topping
Sesame seed
Bake in preheated oven for 70-80 minutes on 180C
