Pork Shagoyaki

Macros per serving:

– 500 calories
– 66g protein

Ingredients:
Cabbage – half
White Onion- half
Cherry tomato- 3 pieces
Pork slices – 450 grams
Minced ginger – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Mirin – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Flour – 3 tbsp

Instructions:
1. Thinly slice the cabbage and onion
2. Grate the ginger
3. Sauce- ginger, soy sauce, mirin, honey
4. Coat each pork slice with flour
5. Pan-fry onion until half cooked, then put it into a separate bowl
6. Pan-fry pork until slightly crispy, add the onions back in
7. Put the sauce, then stir-fry for 2-3 mins
8. Slice cherry tomatoes then plate
