Ingredients for Oats Uttapam

Ingredients for Uttappam’s Batter:
1 cup of Oatmeal or Oat Cereal or Rolled Oats ( I have used Kellog’s Rolled Oats, but you can use any other brand of plain Oats)
1/2 cup of Semolina (Rava/Sooji)
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/4 cup of low-fat Yogurt (Dahi)
1/2 cup of water
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon of Olive Oil (you can use regular refined Oil also) for greasing the flat Pan

Ingredients for Uttappam’s Topping:
1 medium sized Onion, chopped
1 medium sized Tomato, chopped
3-4 French Beans, cleaned and finely chopped
1 sprigs of Curry leaves, chopped
1 green Chillies, finely chopped
1 medium sized Capsicum, cleaned, deseeded and chopped
Salt as per taste
