Ingredients
roasted lentils – 1 cup
semolina -1 cup
onion -1
capsicum – half
coriander leaves – half cup
salt
cumin- 1 tsp
red chilli flakes -1 tsp
yoghurt – 1 cup
water – 1 cup(increase or decrease the quantity if needed

Recipe
1 : roast the yellow split lentils in low flame until turn golden colour and aromatic
2 blend the roasted lentils coarsely like semolina
3 add all rest of the ingredients ang give a proper mix and rest it 3 min
4 add 1 tsp oil in a big non stick tawa and add half of the batter and spread evenly, pour 1 tsp oil in the edges and cover it
5 cook 3 min on medium flame and flip iy with the help of the plate and cook until nice golden colour
5 transfer to the plate and cut pieces and serve hot with yoghurt or any other chutney
