🍒 Homemade Baked Oat Cereal with Dried Fruit (Healthy, Easy, and Delicious!)

📝 Ingredients:
• 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
• ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
• ¼ cup seeds (chia, flax, or sunflower)
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• ⅓ cup raisins
• ⅓ cup dried cherries
• ⅓ cup dried cranberries

🧰 Tools Needed:
• Large mixing bowl
• Small saucepan
• Baking sheet
• Parchment paper
• Measuring cups/spoons
• Airtight jar or container for storage

🍽️ Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix oats, chopped nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
3. In a small saucepan, warm the maple syrup and coconut oil until just melted. Stir in vanilla.
4. Pour liquid over dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
5. Spread on baking sheet in an even layer.
6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
7. Let cool completely—it gets crispier as it cools!
8. Mix in the dried cherries, cranberries, and raisins.
9. Store in a sealed jar for up to 2 weeks.
