These sweet toasted almonds are my go-to snacks & i often have a jar of them on my desk. I love how the cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger create a wonderful flavor, while the maple & coconut sugar makes them deliciously sweet.
250gm of almonds
Handful of pumpkin & sunflower seeds
3 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tvsp of coconut sugar
3 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsb of nutmeg
1 tsb of ginger
pinch of salt
