INGREDIENTS

Cheesecake:
– 448g Cottage Cheese
– 220g Greek Yogurt
– 2 Eggs
– 50g Sweetener (I used Erythritol)
– 3 Packets of Sweetener
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– Pinch of Salt
– 1/3 of the Blueberry Compote

Blueberry Compote:
– 250g Blueberries
– 8g Corn Starch + Water to make slurry

Bake @ 350°F for 50-70 minutes.
